bcjili Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bcjili," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the bcjili online gaming platform operated at bcjili.pro and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the bcjili website, mobile-optimized site, any applications, and all related gaming and payment services made available to registered users.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bcjili Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access real-money gaming features on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified in the relevant promotion.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money or bonus-money stake placed on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations relevant to Filipino players.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the primary currency referenced for transaction amounts on this Platform.

By accessing the bcjili Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bcjili Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the bcjili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age applies to all Players regardless of their province or region within the Philippines, in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines.
• You are a natural person acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of bcjili or its affiliated companies.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by bcjili for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the bcjili Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You agree to promptly update your account information should any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bcjili will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted under your Account is your sole responsibility, and bcjili shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

bcjili reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at registration and at any point during your use of the Platform. This may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by bcjili may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

bcjili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and major credit and debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. bcjili does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the relevant Account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. bcjili does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your bcjili Account balance in real time or within a few minutes. bcjili is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, bank processing times, or network outages beyond our control.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account has completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of bcjili.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full).
• There are no pending investigations, fraud flags, or compliance holds on your Account.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold for your chosen payment method as displayed in your Account dashboard.

Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, bcjili will request that you provide an alternative verified payment method in your own name.

bcjili aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day for GCash and Maya, and within three (3) to five (5) business days for bank transfers to BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

bcjili reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requesting documentation to verify the source of funds. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of this process.

bcjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the time period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Specific game contribution percentages are listed in the relevant promotion terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward wagering requirements.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Abuse Prevention: bcjili reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe it was obtained through bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or any other form of fraudulent conduct.

bcjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players will not be entitled to compensation for the withdrawal or amendment of any promotional offer.

All games available on the bcjili Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. RNG systems used by bcjili's game providers are independently tested and certified for randomness and fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the individual game information screens.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on bcjili's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive and binding outcome for all purposes.

Technical malfunctions — including but not limited to game freezes, disconnections, or software errors — void all affected plays. bcjili is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. Where a malfunction results in an erroneous payout, bcjili reserves the right to reclaim the incorrect amount from the Player's balance.

Live dealer games are subject to additional rules specific to the game type and provider. Players are expected to familiarize themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. bcjili's decision on any disputed live game outcome, made in good faith based on available evidence, is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bcjili Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information, including false age declarations.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are void.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any element of the bcjili Platform, its software, or its game content.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in furtherance of any financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including unauthorized use of another person's payment method.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bcjili staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion, or account limit imposed by bcjili.

bcjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• The Account belongs to a Player who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 03.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the Platform, other Players, or bcjili.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting bcjili support. Where an Account is closed voluntarily and in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard withdrawal processing and verification requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a proven violation of these Terms & Conditions, bcjili reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance, including both real-money and bonus funds.

All content on the bcjili Platform — including but not limited to the bcjili name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bcjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the bcjili Platform without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of bcjili intellectual property may result in immediate Account closure and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bcjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

bcjili's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bcjili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the availability of any specific game or service at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

bcjili collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bcjili implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and strict internal access controls.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. bcjili may share data with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC verification services), and may disclose data to regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws relevant to the operation of the bcjili Platform and the rights of Filipino players. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral bodies in the relevant jurisdiction.
